SVOYAGER operates as a travel search and information platform. We are not a travel agent and not a tour operator; we are not an IATA-accredited reseller. When you book through SVOYAGER, you book directly with the Travel Provider, who is responsible for delivering the trip.

SVOYAGER CONCIERGE & CONSULTANCY - FZCO is a Free Zone Company (FZCO) licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA / IFZA) under the DIEZA Implementing Regulations 2023. Licensed activities: Concierge Services (8110001), Tourism and Recreation Consultants (7020033), Management Consultancies (7020003), Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design (6201001).

For UAE consumers, our specialist visa-coordination and trip-planning services are subject to UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on consumer protection, the Cabinet Resolution implementing the same, and the rules of the IFZA free zone.

Banking and payment information

We do not handle bookings made on partner sites — payment goes directly to the Travel Provider. For our own specialist services, payment is processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store full payment card numbers.

SVOYAGER is an AI travel search platform — we don't process bookings or take payments for partner offers. When you click "View deal", you book directly with the travel provider (airline, hotel, car-rental company), and that provider handles payment, confirmation, modifications, refunds, and any post-booking issues.
