Payment methods
Card and supported wallets or BNPL at checkout, processed by our payment provider.
Who collects payment
For Partner Stays with online payment, SVOYAGER collects payment on the Partner's behalf as a payment-collection agent and remits the Partner's share under the Partner Agreement.
Cancellation
Each Partner sets its own cancellation window, shown to you before payment.
Refunds
Where due under the Partner's policy, refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–14 business days after approval.
Receipts
A receipt is issued for the SVOYAGER checkout transaction; the accommodation provider is the Partner.
Chargebacks
Disputes caused by the property or service are the Partner's responsibility, as set out in the Partner Agreement.
