Your booking is with the property partner directly. SVOYAGER facilitates discovery, messaging and, where enabled, payment.
What you pay
What you pay and any taxes are shown before you confirm. SVOYAGER charges no guest booking fee.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the Partner and shown before payment. To request a change or refund, contact the Partner or SVOYAGER support.
Security deposits
Security deposits, if any, are handled directly by the Partner under their terms.
Communication
For safety, contact details may be hidden until a booking is confirmed; keeping communication and payment on SVOYAGER is required.
If something goes wrong
If something goes wrong with the stay, SVOYAGER support helps you and the Partner resolve it.
