Getting paid
Set up payouts through our payment provider. Payouts release after check-in for short stays, are staged for long stays, and can be held during a dispute.
Commission & fees
A simple commission only on confirmed bookings. No listing fees, and guests see no booking fees, which lifts conversion.
Compliance & trust
Where a local permit applies (for example a Dubai DET holiday-home permit) we require and display it, and we give you a document checklist. You remain responsible for permits, taxes (such as the Tourism Dirham) and guest registration; SVOYAGER facilitates the rest. Every property is reviewed before publishing and carries a SVOYAGER Verified Partner badge.
