Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 мая 2026 г.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and SVOYAGER CONCIERGE & CONSULTANCY - FZCO ("SVOYAGER", "we", "us"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates under license IFZA license № 79681 (premises 79681 - 001), with registered office at IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, P.O. Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using https://www.svoyager.com, our mobile experiences, our AI chat assistant, or any of our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy and Cookie Policy at /cookie-policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What SVOYAGER is — and what it isn't

SVOYAGER is a travel search and information platform. We help you find and compare flights, stays, cars, motorbikes, tours, and visa information from third-party providers ("Travel Providers"). When you choose a deal and click through, you complete the booking on the Travel Provider's own website. The Travel Provider — not SVOYAGER — sells you the trip and is responsible for it.

SVOYAGER is therefore not:

a travel agent or tour operator;

a seller or merchant of record for your trip;

a party to any contract you enter into with a Travel Provider;

responsible for the accuracy of prices, availability, terms, or descriptions on the Travel Provider's site (we do our best to mirror them, but the Travel Provider's site is the source of truth at the moment of booking);

responsible for the delivery of the trip itself, including delays, cancellations, refunds, or quality of services.

For some specific services — visa coordination for select countries, custom trip planning, family trip support — SVOYAGER's own specialists may step in to help you directly. When that happens, you'll be told before any payment is taken, and a separate service-specific agreement will apply (linked from the relevant page).

3. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a paid request through our specialist support services.

You can use most of SVOYAGER without an account. To save trips, sync across devices, write or follow guides, or contact specialists, you'll need an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and email us at hello@svoyager.com.

4. Acceptable use

When you use SVOYAGER, you agree not to:

send automated traffic to our search endpoints (scraping, crawling, robotic searches at scale) without our prior written permission;

attempt to bypass rate limits, captchas (Cloudflare Turnstile), or other protections;

impersonate another person, business, or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;

post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, deceptive, hateful, infringing, or that violates someone else's privacy or intellectual property;

use the AI chat assistant to generate content that violates the OpenAI / Anthropic acceptable-use policies (which you can find on their respective sites);

interfere with or disrupt the Services, our infrastructure, or other users' use of the Services;

use the Services to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited marketing;

attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Services beyond what is allowed by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you are violating these rules.

5. Booking on partner sites

When you click "View deal", "Check availability", or "Continue to provider" on SVOYAGER, you leave our site and continue on a Travel Provider's site. From that point:

The Travel Provider's terms and conditions, payment policy, cancellation policy, refund policy, and privacy policy apply to your booking. You should read them before paying.

SVOYAGER does not handle the payment, does not see your payment card details, and is not party to the booking contract.

If you need to change, cancel, or refund a booking, contact the Travel Provider directly. SVOYAGER cannot change or cancel a booking made on a partner site.

If something goes wrong on the partner site (price differs from what we showed, availability has just changed, the partner is asking for additional fees), close the partner site and search again on SVOYAGER. Prices and availability change in real time, and we may show stale data for up to a few minutes after the partner has updated theirs.

6. SVOYAGER specialist services (visa coordination, trip planning)

For specific services we sell directly (currently: visa coordination for selected countries, custom trip planning, family trip planning):

The price you'll pay, what's included, and what isn't are listed on the relevant service page before checkout.

A SVOYAGER specialist will be in touch within the response time stated on that page.

You can cancel for a full refund if no work has begun. Once a specialist has started work, the refund policy on the service page applies (typically a partial refund based on hours already spent).

If a visa application is rejected by the consulate, the consulate fee is non-refundable (it's paid to the government, not us). Our coordination fee may be partially refundable depending on the cause of refusal — see the visa-specific service page.

7. Pricing, currency, and taxes

Prices on SVOYAGER for third-party deals are sourced from the Travel Provider in real time and shown in your selected display currency (converted from the source currency using daily ECB rates via Frankfurter). The Travel Provider may charge you in a different currency at booking; check on their site.

Prices for our own specialist services are quoted on the service page in USD or AED (and equivalents in other currencies for display only) and include applicable UAE VAT where required.

We do not charge a fee for using the search platform itself.

8. AI chat assistant — how to use it

Our AI chat assistant is powered by large language models (currently OpenAI gpt-4o-mini and gpt-4o, with optional Anthropic Claude routing through Vercel AI Gateway). It's a tool to help you search faster, summarise options, and plan trips. It is not a substitute for professional travel, legal, medical, or visa advice.

The assistant is trained to stay within travel topics and to acknowledge when it doesn't know something. It can make mistakes (sometimes called "hallucinations") — please double-check anything important (visa rules, prices, schedules, dosing of medications, etc.) on official sources or with a human specialist.

We do not use your conversations with the assistant to train the underlying AI models. Conversations are kept on your account for 24 months for context (so the assistant remembers what you've discussed) and you can delete them at any time from your account settings.

9. Creator Program

If you publish guides on SVOYAGER as a creator, additional Creator Program Terms at /creator-terms apply.

10. Intellectual property

The SVOYAGER name, logo, product design, code, content (other than user-generated content and Travel Provider content), and AI prompts are owned by SVOYAGER CONCIERGE & CONSULTANCY - FZCO or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our permission.

You retain ownership of content you create (saved trips, guides, reviews, messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, translate, format-shift, and display your content for the purpose of running and promoting the Services.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SVOYAGER disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always show accurate, complete, or up-to-date prices and availability — those depend on Travel Providers' systems. We do not warrant that any deal you find through SVOYAGER will be the cheapest available; we always recommend comparing across multiple sources before booking.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SVOYAGER, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or trip disruption, even if we knew the damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

For trips, services, or products you booked with a Travel Provider — SVOYAGER has no liability. Your contract is with the Travel Provider; their liability is governed by their terms and applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SVOYAGER, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Services, (c) your violation of someone else's rights, or (d) any content you submit to SVOYAGER that violates law or third-party rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where relevant, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in this clause deprives you of any mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. You may also bring proceedings in the courts of your EU country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing here deprives you of UK consumer protection.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. For material changes, we will notify you in-product and via email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
