Service fees

1. How fees work
SVOYAGER charges a commission to accommodation partners on confirmed Partner Stays bookings. Guests do not pay a separate SVOYAGER booking fee — the price you see is the price you pay (excluding any taxes, deposits or local charges shown at checkout).
2. Partner commission
The partner commission is 10% of the booking value for short stays and 7% for long stays of 28 nights or more, unless a different rate is agreed in writing and shown in the Partner Hub. Commission is calculated on the accommodation price and deducted from the partner payout.
Example: a short stay of AED 8,500 → commission AED 850 (10%) → partner net AED 7,650, before any applicable taxes.
3. When fees apply
Commission applies only to confirmed bookings. There are no listing fees and no charge for creating or maintaining a listing. If a booking is fully refunded under the applicable cancellation policy, the related commission is reversed.
4. Payouts and timing
Partner payouts are processed by our payment provider and released according to the payout schedule (typically after check-in for short stays, staged for long stays, and held during an open dispute). Bank and payout details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by SVOYAGER.
5. Taxes
Partners are responsible for any taxes, tourism levies (such as the Dubai Tourism Dirham) and registration obligations that apply to their stays. Where a tax must be collected at checkout or on arrival, it is shown separately.
