Partner Agreement — summary

Commission
The Partner pays SVOYAGER a commission on confirmed bookings — 10% for short stays and 7% for long stays (28 nights or more) — as shown in your Partner Hub and as may be updated on prior notice.
Payouts
SVOYAGER remits the Partner's share after deducting commission; payout is held until check-in (or check-out / partial reserve) per the payout schedule.
Chargebacks and refunds
The Partner is responsible for chargebacks and refunds caused by property or service issues.
Content accuracy
The Partner warrants its listings, photos, prices and availability are accurate and kept current.
Licensing and right to let
The Partner warrants it holds all required licences and permits and the legal right to let the property (for example, short-let permits in Dubai where applicable).
No circumvention
The Partner will not take guests introduced via SVOYAGER off-platform to avoid commission.
Verification and suspension
SVOYAGER reviews listings and may suspend or remove those that fail verification or breach these terms.
Term and termination
Either party may terminate on notice; obligations for confirmed bookings survive termination.
