Nondiscrimination Policy
Last updated: 31 May 2026
1. Our commitment
SVOYAGER's community is made up of guests and accommodation partners from many countries, cultures and backgrounds. We are committed to building a platform where everyone feels welcome and is treated with respect. This Policy applies to all partners, their team members and guests using SVOYAGER Partner Stays.
2. What is not allowed
Partners and guests may not refuse a booking, impose different terms, or otherwise discriminate against any person based on protected characteristics, including: race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital or family status, disability, age (except where required by law), or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Listings, profiles and messages may not contain language or imagery that demeans, excludes, or expresses a preference for or against guests on the basis of a protected characteristic.
3. Lawful, neutral requirements
Partners may apply genuinely neutral rules that apply equally to everyone (for example, a maximum number of guests, a minimum age to book the entire place, a no-pets or no-smoking rule), and any requirements that are imposed by law or by a local permit. These must be stated clearly in the listing and applied consistently.
4. Accessibility
Partners should describe accessibility features accurately so guests can decide whether a property meets their needs, and should not reject guests because of a disability or because they are travelling with an assistance animal where the law requires accommodation.
5. Reporting and enforcement
If you experience or witness discrimination on SVOYAGER, contact support@svoyager.com. We review every report. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform, in line with the Partner Agreement and our Terms of Service.
