SVOYAGER Subprocessor List

SVOYAGER uses trusted third-party service providers and subprocessors to operate its platform, including its photo tools for passports, visas, IDs and other documents. These providers process data only as necessary to provide services to SVOYAGER.
Current subprocessors
SNAPFLOW LLC — AI photo processing, preview generation, final no-watermark generation and photo validation. Data: uploaded photos, generated photos, selected specification, processing metadata.
Supabase — database, authentication and application records. Data: account data, partner data, order/session metadata, auth/session data.
Stripe — payment processing, checkout, receipts and refunds. Data: payment metadata and transaction data (card data handled by Stripe).
Vercel (including Vercel Blob) — application hosting and temporary file storage/delivery. Data: generated files, logs, infrastructure metadata.
Resend — transactional emails, download links, receipts and support emails. Data: email address, order ID, delivery links.
Upstash — rate-limiting and webhook idempotency. Data: technical/rate-limit metadata and event identifiers.
Sentry — service reliability, security, debugging and abuse prevention. Data: technical logs, events and error data.
AWS is the underlying cloud infrastructure of Supabase and Vercel and is not engaged directly by SVOYAGER as a separate subprocessor.
Updates
SVOYAGER may update this list from time to time. Material changes may be notified where required by the applicable agreement or law.
