SVOYAGER Photo Processing Notice

This Photo Processing Notice explains how SVOYAGER processes photos uploaded or captured through our photo tools for passports, visas, IDs and other documents.
1. What the photo tool does
SVOYAGER's photo tool helps users generate document-style photos for selected countries, visa types, passport types, ID formats and related document requirements. The tool may: crop and resize the photo; adjust the background; check face position and image composition; check lighting, size, format and other common requirements; generate a watermarked preview; generate a final no-watermark file after payment or authorization; and provide a digital download and, where supported, a printable photo sheet.
2. Data we process
When you use the photo tool, we may process: the photo you upload or capture; generated preview photos; generated final photo files; the selected country, destination, document type or specification; your email address, if needed for delivery, receipt, order recovery or support; payment status and order metadata; and technical data such as request ID, timestamps, issue codes, error codes, device/browser information and security logs.
3. Why we process this data
We process this data to: provide the photo generation service; create a preview; create a final no-watermark file; deliver the file to you; provide customer support; process remakes or refunds; prevent fraud and abuse; improve reliability and security; and comply with legal, accounting, tax and dispute obligations.
4. Third-party processing providers
SVOYAGER may use trusted third-party providers to process photos, host files, process payments, send emails, monitor service performance and protect the service from fraud or abuse. These providers are allowed to process data only as necessary to provide services to SVOYAGER.
5. Storage and deletion
Uploaded and generated images may be temporarily stored to support preview, final file delivery, email backup, remake, refund, customer support, fraud prevention and technical troubleshooting. We aim to keep image retention limited to what is necessary for the service. Where technically available, SVOYAGER may use reduced-retention or no-storage processing modes. Order records, payment metadata, tax records, technical logs and security logs may be kept for longer where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud prevention or dispute purposes.
6. No sale and no advertising use
SVOYAGER does not sell your uploaded or generated photos. SVOYAGER does not use your uploaded or generated photos for third-party advertising. SVOYAGER does not use your uploaded or generated photos to train AI models unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.
7. No government guarantee
SVOYAGER is not a government authority, embassy, consulate, immigration office, passport office or official visa center. The tool helps prepare photos according to selected specifications, but official requirements may change. You are responsible for checking the latest official requirements before submitting your photo or application. Unless expressly stated otherwise, SVOYAGER does not guarantee acceptance by any government authority, embassy, consulate, visa center, passport office, airline, border authority or other third party.
8. Your choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, restrict, object to processing or request a copy of your personal data. To contact us about privacy or photo processing, email privacy@svoyager.com.
