SVOYAGER Photo Partner & API/Widget Terms
Last updated: 31 May 2026
These SVOYAGER Photo Partner & API/Widget Terms (Partner Terms) govern access to and use of SVOYAGER's photo partner products for passports, visas, IDs and other documents, including hosted partner links, embedded widgets, API access, white-label access, partner dashboard, tracking, reporting, billing and related services. By creating a partner account, using a partner link, embedding a widget, using an API key or accessing the partner dashboard, the Partner agrees to these Partner Terms.
1. Partner Integration Models
1.1 Hosted Partner Links. SVOYAGER may provide the Partner with tracked links that direct users to a SVOYAGER-hosted photo flow (for example https://svoyager.com/{locale}/passport-photo?ref={code}). The Partner may use these links on its website, in emails, blogs, social media, client portals, relocation guides, travel content or other approved channels. SVOYAGER may track traffic, conversions, payments, final photo generations, refunds and commissions associated with the Partner link.
1.2 Embedded SVOYAGER Widget. SVOYAGER may provide an embeddable widget that the Partner can place on its own website, application, landing page or client portal. The widget remains controlled by SVOYAGER, and all photo processing is routed through SVOYAGER's backend. The Partner must not modify, reverse engineer, interfere with or bypass the widget unless expressly authorized by SVOYAGER.
1.3 SVOYAGER B2B API / White-label Access. SVOYAGER may provide API access for selected Partners. The Partner may connect its own application, website or backend system to SVOYAGER's API. All processing must be routed through SVOYAGER's backend. The Partner must not attempt to directly access or misuse SVOYAGER's underlying providers, credentials, infrastructure or subprocessors.
2. Partner Eligibility
SVOYAGER may accept partners at its discretion. Eligible partners may include visa agencies, relocation companies, immigration consultants, travel agencies, expat platforms, travel content publishers, airlines, hotels, mobility or travel platforms, corporate mobility providers and other approved B2B or distribution partners. SVOYAGER may reject, suspend or terminate any Partner that does not meet legal, compliance, brand, security or commercial requirements.
3. Partner Account
The Partner is responsible for providing accurate account and business information, keeping account credentials secure, maintaining current contact, billing, tax and payout information, ensuring that only authorized team members access the dashboard, and promptly notifying SVOYAGER of unauthorized access or suspected credential compromise. SVOYAGER may request business verification, identity verification, website verification, tax information or additional onboarding documents.
4. API Keys and Credentials
SVOYAGER may issue API keys, partner IDs, tenant IDs, embed tokens or other credentials. The Partner must keep API keys and secret credentials confidential, not expose secret keys in front-end code, public repositories, browser scripts or client-side applications, restrict API access to authorized systems, rotate keys if compromise is suspected, notify SVOYAGER immediately about unauthorized use, and comply with SVOYAGER API documentation, rate limits and security requirements. SVOYAGER may suspend, revoke, rotate or limit API keys if it detects abuse, non-payment, excessive usage, security risk, unauthorized access or violation of these Partner Terms.
5. Photo Processing Flow
SVOYAGER may support a preview-then-final workflow: (1) user uploads or captures a photo; (2) SVOYAGER generates a watermarked preview; (3) user, Partner or Partner system confirms payment, billing or authorization; (4) SVOYAGER generates or retrieves the final no-watermark photo; (5) final file is delivered to the user, Partner or Partner system. The Partner must not remove, obscure, manipulate, bypass or misuse watermarks, payment controls, final file restrictions, usage limits or access controls.
6. Pricing and Billing
Pricing may be based on pay-per-final-generation, monthly package, committed volume tier, revenue share, commission model, custom enterprise pricing or a hybrid model. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, SVOYAGER may charge based on successful final no-watermark generations, API usage, partner package, subscription or other agreed billable event. SVOYAGER may separately track preview generations, final generations, failed requests, remakes, refunds and other usage events. The applicable pricing will be specified in the Partner dashboard, order form, invoice, pricing schedule or written agreement.
7. Partner Commissions and Payouts
Where the Partner participates in a commission or revenue-share model, SVOYAGER may calculate commissions based on tracked paid transactions, net revenue, final photo generations or another agreed metric. SVOYAGER may deduct from commission calculations refunds, chargebacks, taxes, payment processing fees, fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, cancelled orders, discounts, coupons or credits, and other agreed deductions. Payout timing, currency, minimum payout threshold, tax forms and payment method will be specified separately.
8. Partner Responsibilities
The Partner must use SVOYAGER services lawfully, provide accurate and non-misleading information to users, comply with applicable privacy, consumer protection, advertising, payment, tax and data protection laws, obtain all necessary user consents and permissions, publish or provide appropriate privacy notices where required, not represent SVOYAGER as a government authority, not guarantee visa approval, passport issuance, immigration approval or government acceptance unless expressly authorized in writing by SVOYAGER, not misuse SVOYAGER branding, API, widget, links or tracking, not send unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent or infringing content, and not use SVOYAGER for identity fraud, forged documents, impersonation or unlawful activity.
9. User Communications
The Partner is responsible for all communications with its own users unless otherwise agreed. The Partner must clearly explain what the photo tool does, whether the service is provided by SVOYAGER, the Partner or both, whether payment is collected by SVOYAGER or the Partner, whether the final photo is delivered by SVOYAGER or the Partner, the applicable refund and remake rules, privacy and data processing information, and that official requirements may change.
10. Branding and White-label
Depending on the approved model, SVOYAGER may provide SVOYAGER-branded flows, co-branded flows, Partner-branded flows, a neutral embedded widget or API-only white-label access. The Partner must not remove, alter or misuse SVOYAGER branding unless permitted. Where legally required, SVOYAGER or its subprocessors may be disclosed in privacy notices, legal notices or technical documentation.
11. Data Protection
The Partner and SVOYAGER agree to comply with applicable data protection laws. Where SVOYAGER processes personal data on behalf of the Partner, the SVOYAGER DPA applies. The Partner is responsible for determining the legal basis for collecting and sending user data to SVOYAGER, providing required notices, obtaining consent where necessary, responding to user privacy requests where the Partner is the controller, and ensuring that its integration does not collect unnecessary personal data. SVOYAGER may use subprocessors to provide the service, as described in the Subprocessor List.
12. Subprocessors
SVOYAGER may use third-party subprocessors for photo processing, cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, fraud prevention and support. SVOYAGER may update its Subprocessor List from time to time. For enterprise Partners, SVOYAGER may provide prior notice of material changes where required by the applicable agreement.
13. API Acceptable Use
The Partner must not exceed rate limits; attack, overload, scan or disrupt SVOYAGER systems; use automated abuse, scraping, credential stuffing or fraudulent traffic; expose API keys publicly; resell API access without written approval; bypass payment, billing, watermark, usage or quota systems; submit illegal, harmful, fraudulent or abusive content; process photos without user authorization; use the API to create fake, fraudulent, forged or misleading documents; use the service in sanctioned, restricted or prohibited jurisdictions where not permitted; reverse engineer SVOYAGER systems; or interfere with SVOYAGER's underlying providers or infrastructure. SVOYAGER may suspend or restrict API access if it reasonably believes the Partner has violated this section.
14. Service Availability and Support
SVOYAGER will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable service availability. Unless a separate SLA is agreed in writing, SVOYAGER does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific response times, processing times or error-free operation. Support level may depend on the Partner's package, volume, integration model and agreement.
15. Refunds, Remakes and Chargebacks
Refunds and remakes are handled according to SVOYAGER's Refund & Remake Policy and any specific Partner agreement. If SVOYAGER collects payment from the end user, SVOYAGER may handle refunds directly. If the Partner collects payment, the Partner is responsible for refunding its users unless otherwise agreed. SVOYAGER may deduct refunds, chargebacks, fraud and cancelled orders from Partner commissions or usage calculations.
16. Intellectual Property
SVOYAGER owns all rights in its platform, APIs, widgets, software, documentation, designs, trademarks, workflows and technical infrastructure. The Partner receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use SVOYAGER's partner tools according to these Partner Terms. The Partner must not copy, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from SVOYAGER software, widgets, APIs or documentation except as expressly allowed.
17. Confidentiality
Each party must keep confidential any non-public business, technical, financial, pricing, customer, security, API or integration information received from the other party. The Partner must treat API keys, pricing terms, technical documentation and integration details as confidential unless SVOYAGER makes them public.
18. Suspension and Termination
SVOYAGER may suspend or terminate access if the Partner violates these Partner Terms, fails to pay, creates security, legal, compliance or reputational risk, if API keys are compromised, if usage is fraudulent, abusive or unlawful, if required verification is not completed, or if SVOYAGER is required to do so by law or by an infrastructure provider. The Partner may stop using the services at any time, subject to outstanding payments, commitments and agreement terms.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SVOYAGER is not liable for government rejection of a photo, visa refusal, passport refusal, immigration denial, incorrect user-selected country or document type, Partner misuse, third-party website issues, Partner payment or customer support failures, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special or lost-profit damages. Except for liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, SVOYAGER's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Partner Terms and the services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total commissions, fees or amounts paid by or due to the Partner in connection with the services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100. A different cap may be specified in a signed main agreement or order form.
20. Documentation
SVOYAGER may provide API documentation, widget documentation, implementation guides, sample requests, response examples and integration instructions. The Partner must use the documentation only for integration with SVOYAGER. SVOYAGER may update documentation, endpoints, parameters, error codes, issue codes and supported specifications from time to time. SVOYAGER will use reasonable efforts to avoid breaking changes, but may make changes where required for security, compliance, provider changes, product updates or technical improvements.
21. Changes to Terms
SVOYAGER may update these Partner Terms from time to time. Material changes may be notified through the Partner dashboard, email or website. Continued use of the services after changes become effective means the Partner accepts the updated terms.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Partner Terms, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or local-law rights that may apply to the Partner or its users.
23. Governing Language
These Partner Terms may be published in several languages for the convenience of partners. The English-language version prevails. In the event of any discrepancy, conflict or ambiguity between the English version and a translation into any other language, the English version applies, unless otherwise expressly required by the mandatory rules of applicable law.
