SVOYAGER operates as a travel search and information platform. We are not a travel agent and not a tour operator; we are not an IATA-accredited reseller. When you book through SVOYAGER, you book directly with the Travel Provider, who is responsible for delivering the trip.

SVOYAGER CONCIERGE & CONSULTANCY - FZCO is a Free Zone Company (FZCO) licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA / IFZA) under the DIEZA Implementing Regulations 2023. Trade Licence № 79681.

For UAE consumers, services provided by SVOYAGER are subject to UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on consumer protection, the Cabinet Resolution implementing the same, and the rules of the IFZA free zone.

SVOYAGER handles payment differently depending on the product.

Metasearch (flights, stays, cars and bikes from third-party providers): we do not process the booking or take payment — you pay the Travel Provider on their own site.

SVOYAGER Partner Stays: where online payment is enabled, SVOYAGER acts as a payment-collection agent and collects payment on the accommodation partner's behalf through our payment provider, and the partner provides the stay; otherwise you arrange payment with the partner directly.

Direct digital products (currently the SVOYAGER Passport & Visa Photo at $4.99): processed through Stripe.

Visa routing: the licensed visa-processing partner charges its own fee and you pay the partner directly.

All card payments are handled by PCI-DSS-compliant providers (for example Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1); SVOYAGER does not store full payment card numbers.

SVOYAGER is an AI-powered travel planner and search platform. For metasearch results we do not process the booking, take payment or hold inventory; when you click "View deal" you transact directly with the travel provider, who handles payment, confirmation, changes and refunds. The paid passport/visa photo tool is sold by SVOYAGER through our payment processor. For SVOYAGER Partner Stays, the accommodation is provided by the partner; where online payment is enabled, SVOYAGER collects payment on the partner's behalf as an intermediary.
