SVOYAGER operates as a travel search and information platform. We are not a travel agent and not a tour operator; we are not an IATA-accredited reseller. When you book through SVOYAGER, you book directly with the Travel Provider, who is responsible for delivering the trip.

SVOYAGER CONCIERGE & CONSULTANCY - FZCO is a Free Zone Company (FZCO) licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA / IFZA) under the DIEZA Implementing Regulations 2023. Trade Licence № 79681.

For UAE consumers, services provided by SVOYAGER are subject to UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on consumer protection, the Cabinet Resolution implementing the same, and the rules of the IFZA free zone.

Banking and payment information

We do not handle bookings made on partner sites; payment goes directly to the Travel Provider. For digital products SVOYAGER sells directly (currently the SVOYAGER Passport & Visa Photo at $4.99), payment is processed through Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store full payment card numbers.

SVOYAGER is an AI-powered travel planner and search platform. We do not process bookings, take payments for partner offers, or hold inventory. When you click "View deal" or "Apply", you transact directly with the travel provider (airline, hotel, car-rental company, visa-processing partner), and that provider handles payment, confirmation, modifications, refunds, and any post-booking issues.
