UAE Entry Facilitation: What You Need to Know
The UAE welcomes millions of visitors annually through structured entry pathways governed by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) and the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP). SVOYAGER coordinates document preparation and submission via our network of authorized UAE-licensed partners.
Entry Types & Coordination Paths
We facilitate coordination for short-stay transit (14 days), standard tourist entries (30/60 days single or multiple), GCC unified permits ("Grand Tours" covering 6 countries by 2026), express urgent processing, in-country status changes, extensions, and family/dependent applications. Each pathway has distinct processing timelines and documentation requirements.
Who Decides & Who Facilitates
Entry permit decisions rest solely with UAE immigration authorities (GDRFA/ICP). SVOYAGER does not issue permits or act as a direct sponsor. We coordinate submission through authorized licensed partners and provide manual document audit, eligibility checks, and liaison support throughout the process.
Processing Times & Variables
Standard processing typically ranges from 24–72 hours for single-entry tourist permits to 3–7 working days for GCC unified permits. Express services can deliver within 12–24 hours. Timelines may extend due to nationality-specific compliance checks, peak travel seasons, or additional security screenings requested by authorities.
Documentation & Compliance
Core requirements include a passport valid for at least 6 months, a recent passport-style photograph (white background), and proof of accommodation or sponsor details. Additional documents may be required based on nationality, including financial statements, return flight tickets, or sponsor guarantor forms. We conduct document readiness reviews before submission to minimize rejections.
Fees, Deposits & Refunds
SVOYAGER professional coordination fees are independent of official government charges and partner processing costs. For specific nationalities or online profiles, UAE authorities or licensed partners may require security deposits (typically AED 2,500–5,500), which are fully refundable upon verified exit compliance. Please note that both official fees and SVOYAGER coordination fees are non-refundable once the professional processing or document audit has been initiated.
Data Privacy & Security
All personal data is handled in accordance with UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Your information is securely transmitted to authorized partners and UAE government entities exclusively for entry permit processing. We employ encryption and access controls to protect your documentation throughout the coordination lifecycle.
